Most premium shipping orders will be processed within 1 business day but this is not a guarantee.
Occasionally items listed on our web site will go out of stock before we have the opportunity to remove them from our site. In the unlikely event you order one of these items your order will be put on hold and you will be notified via email. You may then choose to cancel the order in its entirety or ship remaining items from the order. If you would like to replace the backordered item with a comparable item we can suggest some but a new order must be completed. We cannot add new items to an existing order.

All original packaging and accessories must be returned with your item in order for BagStore.com to process your RMA. The amount credited to your card will include price of item(s) and any taxes that were charged. Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped and a replacement has not been accepted.
