A group of individuals lead by company founder Eiken Lin , believed they could design and distribute their own innovative, high quality luggage with better control and at lower costs. The PATHFINDER difference was a commitment to build their own products in their own factory to their own standards -- verses paying outside contractors to make their products for them like virtually every other manufacturer. They believed no contractor would care as much or invest as much to make their products as well as they would. Building their own factory was a tremendous risk but a fundamental cost advantage vs. their competitors. We choose to pass the savings earned by their unique approach on to our customers making PATHFINDER products a better value as well. Their belief in doing it themselves has paid off with success. Today Pathfinder Luggage in a widely recognized international brand, respected for the integrity, durability and value of their travel products. They have grown to be one of the largest independent manufacturers of luggage & travel products in the world controlling the design, raw material sourcing & production process from start to finish in their own factories.
Each of our Pathfinder products is warranted by Paragon Luggage, Inc. (“Paragon”) against defects in workmanship and materials as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser (this warranty is non-transferable). If such a defect should arise, they will repair your Pathfinder Luggage and return it to you free of charge. We recommend you send your luggage repairs to Luggage & Leather (an authorized warranty repair facility for Pathfinder) for superior customer service and craftmanship.
